Change the CNSP RESOLUTION No. 422, OF 11 NOVEMBER 2021.
Art. 1. Amend CNSP Resolution No. 422, of November 11, 2021, which shall come into effect with the following changes:
"Art. 44...

§ 4. The statutory director appointed to exercise a specific function, as required by the regulations in force, must be resident in Brazil. (NR)
...
Art. 48. At the time of the election of a member of a statutory or contractual body who is not a resident in Brazil, an attorney-in-fact, a natural person, must be appointed with powers to receive service of process in actions brought against him/her based on corporate law, through a power of attorney with a validity period that must extend at least 5 (five) years after the end of the term of office. (NR)".
Art. 2. This Resolution takes effect on the date of its publication.
